I would remind him, as he spoke of what has not happened over the past 3 years, that there are consequences of that, the most specific of which is that where we had 1.5 million teenagers caught up in this vicious cycle, we now have 3 years later 3 million. So 1.5 million teenagers have been steered to this problem because of our lack of attention, each one of those a personal tragedy in and of itself.
