My last question--and the Senator has already hit on the point--and that is, if you will read some of the material from the opponents, you will think this is legislation exclusively designed to deal with private schools. As the Senator pointed out, 70 percent of the families using the accounts have children in public schools. Billions and billions of dollars will end up enriching students' ability to function in public schools. It is almost as if they would like to leave that part of the equation out.
