What all this means is that today one in four--that is 25 percent--of high school students are using drugs now regularly--one in four. Most of them are smoking it. They smoke it. But they say it is not relevant--1 in 10 junior high schools students. When the Senator was talking about the number of students that are affected by this, the number of deaths, 25 percent of the high school population in the United States and 10 percent of the junior high population in the United States.
