I would like to advise the chairman that we have a recurring problem with regard to supply of raw sugar for cane refineries in the current administration of the sugar program. I would appreciate the chairman's support in reviewing report language addressing this supply issue as the bill moves to conference. I will be happy to provide him with such language.
