Like the house built upon the rock, America was created upon the solid foundation of the Constitution. With the passage of ObamaCare, liberals have drilled holes in the rock and foundation of our Nation. Madam Speaker, I rise today to introduce a bill, H.R. 299, that restores our economic freedom.
