Page 481, line 22, strike the period and insert ``; and''. Page 481, after line 22, insert the following: ``(D) the average salary of the employees described in subparagraph (B) whose positions were eliminated; and ``(E) the average salary of the full-time equivalent employees who work on or administer a program or project authorized under this Act by the Department, disaggregated by employee function with each such program or project.''.
