The reason I brought the milk part of the old law forward was exactly the reason my good friend from Minnesota stated, in that you have to milk cows not once a day but at least twice a day, sometimes three. The milk support price that is guaranteed in this underlying law will raise costs if we go back to that and it stays in place.…”
