The witnesses we have are political experts, and the statement about mumbo-jumbo was basically geared towards--volatility is a scientific, measurable--as well as flammability are scientific, measurable issues.

How can this primary research and development arm not have any idea of the total amount of taxpayer money being invested on technology to detect, prevent, and mitigate threats to our Nation?
I must say I am disappointed--though not surprised--at this Administration's continued unwillingness to work with the Congress.
