Now that funding has been obligated, and recipients are actually spending the money, it is important for this Subcommittee to take a step back and see if we can develop any lessons learned, any best practices, or identify any areas of concern that require additional review.

This is likely my last time chairing this Subcommittee on Oversight for a hearing, and I would like to thank my friends on both sides of the aisle.
If we know who those people are, I think it is an outright security threat not to revoke their passports.
