The Congressional Budget Office has stated that the law will raise the individual market premiums by an average of $2,100 per family, raise them. They are going to go up above what would have been if we did nothing. But the cost is going to go up by $2,100 per family on the average across this country. That's another failed promise by Speaker Pelosi and Barack Obama.
