Well, frankly, I believe that this Visa Waiver Program that we have increases our security threat.
This is likely my last time chairing this Subcommittee on Oversight for a hearing, and I would like to thank my friends on both sides of the aisle.
How can this primary research and development arm not have any idea of the total amount of taxpayer money being invested on technology to detect, prevent, and mitigate threats to our Nation?
I think we can do this. It is a huge security threat to this country if we don't revoke their passports.
