Well, I think it goes back to something that the President's chief of staff said when he said that a crisis is too good to waste. I suggested to the Secretary today that this is a crisis that they shouldn't ignore because it appears to me--and how it appears to a lot of American people--that this administration is trying to push through its tax-and-trade policy.
