They didn't deal with anything. They didn't deal with any of the things that Bill Clinton suggested that they do. And the interesting thing is that the Secretary said that this panel was suggesting that we have this moratorium. The panel came back and said, No, no, no, no, no, we didn't say that. In fact, we don't want you to stop the drilling. We think you ought to continue it.

I find that reprehensible. I think all four have just steadily degraded our intel communities, as well.
