I do believe that our elections should be free and fair. I do believe that with all my heart. Except it seems like in this case impeachment is based on the fact that the Speaker said last month it would be dangerous to leave it to the voters to determine if Mr. Trump stays in office. Mr. Speaker, I yield 1\1/2\ minutes to the gentleman from Louisiana (Mr. Higgins).
