None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to reduce or terminate any of the propagation programs listed in the March, 2013, National Fish Hatchery System Strategic Hatchery and Workforce Planning Report. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 333, the gentleman from Georgia and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Georgia.
