I want to jump in right here on this, and if you have a story, we will talk about it. My own family member had an issue, and we were discussing medication. I knew the doctor--I could call--but my first call was to my pharmacist because I said I knew I could get him; I knew he would answer; and at the time--and what was amazing was--my parents didn't buy their drugs from him, but, yet, he picked up the phone, and he heard my complaint. Is that sort of what you see and what you have seen as well?
