I am glad that my colleague just mentioned Georgia, because since 2014 the actual voter participation among minorities--African American female and African American male, Hispanic male and Hispanic female--has risen double- digits. I am very proud of what Georgia is doing to get everybody to the poll. I am glad he chose to highlight it. Unfortunately, he just highlighted it in the wrong way. Madam Speaker, I yield 1\1/2\ minutes to the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Meuser).
