I remind the Chair that we did pass Fix NICS last year. We did take into account--those things have been done. We just simply are not moving a bill that we don't feel works, and we actually have offered an alternative. Mr. Chair, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Biggs).
