I would have to disagree with my chairman. I am not sure what he has been watching, but the facts are not undisputed. They are very much disputed, not only by the minority, but by the witnesses who actually testified. Mr. Speaker, I yield 1\1/2\ minutes to the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Carter).
