I want to just commend the chairman for a moment on bringing this bill up. I think there have been a lot of things that we have disagreed on and there have been many places where we have seen that--we probably will do it again this afternoon--but just to have this time, I think, to reflect and, I think, from my State of Georgia and from New York and all over. The gentleman made a statement, and I wanted to commend the gentleman for that, that this was happening all over.
