Does the gentleman have any idea or suggestion or comments on the age or any type of retirement age or entry level age? ... I do not see anything in the law that would present any impediment to the qualification of anyone based on the law. It is just that I am expecting, with the Attorney General having this power instead of the President and having to go through the Senate where they play a lot of politics, that we will certainly have law enforcement people, professional law enforcement people, running these offices in the future. But with respect to any other qualifications, I do not have any preconceived notions.
