I further inquire, too, about the qualifications for the person being considered for the nomination. Does the gentleman have any idea or suggestion or comments on the age or any type of retirement age or entry level age? ... I do not see anything in the law that would present any impediment to the qualification of anyone based on the law. It is just that I am expecting, with the Attorney General having this power instead of the President and having to go through the Senate where they play a lot of politics, that we will certainly have law enforcement people, professional law enforcement people, running these offices in the future. But with respect to any other qualifications, I do not have any preconceived notions.
