I made a parliamentary inquiry concerning a Cabinet member, not the President. I understand your advisory opinion against the President. I fully agree with it. I am asking about a member of the Cabinet. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Chair would advise that the rule does not extend to a member of the Cabinet.
