The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used by the Department of Homeland Security to partner with the Department of State to establish Safe Mobility Offices. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1316, the gentlewoman from Georgia (Ms. Greene) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Georgia.
