The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle B of title III, insert the following: SEC. 3__. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES. None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2025 may be used for electric vehicles or an electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
