I thank you for saying that because that's exactly true, and the petition is actually so simple, one line: ``I will vote to increase U.S. oil production to lower the price for Americans.'' ... I'm not a big fan of Big Oil. Don't get me wrong. But I had a high school economics teacher, and I didn't pay that much attention in school, but Colonel Wofford at Therrell High School there in Atlanta taught us that taxing manufacturers or producers does not lower the price to consumers.
