This meeting of the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee will come to order, and we are delighted today to be having a hearing on probably one of the most important topics we could possibly talk about, and that is the transition of our veterans from active duty Department of Defense (DOD), to veteran status and all the different things that go with it.
