as I understand it, we are allocated 30 minutes each. But I have no objection to the Senator having 5 additional minutes as long as 5 additional minutes are added to the Republican side. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, the Senator from New Hampshire will have 10 minutes and the Republican side will have an extra 5 minutes.
