before I make the remarks, let me reaffirm my commitment and my support for John Bolton as ambassador to the United Nations. Like every Member of this Senate, I recognize the importance of that appointment. I recognize the concerns many of my constituents in Georgia have had with the United Nations. John Bolton is the right man at the right time for this country to be our ambassador to the United Nations. (The remarks of Mr. Isakson are printed in today's Record under ``Morning Business.'')
