I rise on behalf of those 43 million people who are America's salesmen, America's independent contractors, America's retail clerks, America's small businessmen and women, and I would ask each of those who oppose this to ask yourself this question before they vote: Why should we deny 43 million Americans the patients' rights, that those we are fighting for already enjoy, by not giving them better access to health care coverage which would otherwise not be available?
