I appreciate the words of the distinguished Senator from Rhode Island, and I always enjoy his speeches, whether I am on the floor or watching him back in my office. He is an articulate spokesman for what he believes, which is one of the things that make this Senate an important body. While from time to time I differ in terms of carbon emissions because of nuclear energy, that is part of the solution to the problems of the future, and I will speak about that on another day.
