I wish to address the remarks of the distinguished chairman which in many ways validate the reason we should all vote for S.J. Res. 30. I wish to tell my colleagues why. The chairman said unionization is permanent, but it is kind of not permanent if you make a decision under the National Mediation Board. I wish to clear that up.
