Not only did it cost jobs, but it forced many people who had full-time jobs into part-time jobs because of the mandates. Small business got hurt and their employees got hurt. The mandates of ObamaCare for coverage, the mandates for taxation, and the mandates for deductibles all contributed to the increasing costs of ObamaCare and made health care more out of reach than more accessible.
