“I want to associate myself with the remarks of Senator Harkin and Senator Patty Murray from Washington. I reiterate what I said in my opening statement about how much regard and respect I have for Senator Murray, for the job she has done. We would not be here today if it were not for Patty Murray. I am grateful for her support and her kind words. I want to reiterate all of the names she said, all the thanks that we have.
