I express my appreciation to him, Chairman Baucus, on the hard work that has been done on this particular legislation, in particular, the tax credit on foreclosed homes, and to praise his staff for the late night concentrated hours Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning when this was put together. It was a remarkable effort and I wanted the chairman to know how much I appreciate it.
