I will agree that this is not the best we can do, but it is the best we can do at this hour. I would agree that it is perhaps true that the other body may not take it up and pass it, just like they have not passed other things we have passed. This bill going over there unpassed will have lots of company, but it is trying to do the right thing. It is trying to help with unemployment, it is trying to help with TANF, and it is trying to help with reimbursement. It is worth our consideration. I urge this body to pass the previous question, to pass the rule, and I will support the underlying legislation.
