Also I hope that the American people understand, those of us who oppose things like omnibus appropriations bills, and I serve on the Appropriations Committee, there's a reason we don't, we want to divide these appropriations bills out and deal with each subject separately, because it prevents the hiding of things in massive bills. When you put a bill on the desk that looks like all the Manhattan, all of the Greater New York City phone books put together, and you're supposed to figure out what's hidden in there that shouldn't be a part of this, it is a tremendous task. And this is an exact example of just that.
