On the commonsense side of this whole thing, this all started, if you remember what you heard from the administration and from our colleagues on the other side of the aisle, this was an infrastructure building bill. That's what we were going to do. We were going to rebuild the infrastructure of America. When people hear infrastructure, they think roads and bridges. And yet, it's my understanding that the $30 billion that the House sent over to be spent for roads and bridges has been reduced to $28 billion coming back. So it's a joke.
