The great surge in the cost of gasoline that we were just talking about, that surge was the result of basically two things. You named one of them. The other one was they had a small fire in an Illinois refinery, but the speculators look and they say, we're fighting capacity shutdown and we have a limited refining capacity because we haven't built a major refinery in this country in 25 years.
