I thank the gentleman for yielding. I just want to correct--maybe you said it wrong; maybe I said it wrong. If I did, I apologize. I'm not saying Chinese industry will move to the United States. I'm saying that if they close down plants in the United States, which the industry has given us a percentage of at least 20 percent of the plants will close--and we know the construction of a new plant in Alabama will stop until the stay--then I'm saying that then we would have to supplement that by overseas shipments from the largest producer of cement in the world, China.
