That's exactly right. The whole point being that it's something, when it worked we were proud to say we got people off welfare and into real jobs. And one of the reasons was because we put a go-to-work provision in that bill. This bill would take that out, which is casting us back to the era of the 1960s and the 1970s and the failed economic policies that we clearly corrected in the 1990s. Now, that's going backwards, and I think the American people need to know that this is not just too much money and too little stimulus. This is also messing with their lives. Hidden in this bill there are things that are messing with their lives.
