I would also strongly urge a very clear understanding of the freedoms of Americans, that just because someone is a part of a non-profit organization, they have not waived their First Amendment rights.

It is very concerning to me that an outside advocacy group knew hours before the public knew that the Majority was going to threaten to issue a subpoena.
This issue, for the most part, should be left with the people and to the political processes the people have devised to govern their affairs.
Thankfully, the Congress has taken more interest in the welfare of the people of Appalachia.
