Fifty years ago, in Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court tragically strayed from the text of the Constitution and took away from the American people the power to decide the question of abortion for themselves.

We have to keep history and context in mind in all of this.

I am an ardent supporter of our Constitution and the inalienable rights that are guaranteed therein, and specifically, first and foremost among those are the right to life, without which none of the others matter, quite frankly.
