This is an issue that I think people are sick and tired, Americans cannot fathom, cannot understand why illegal individuals in this country who are repeat offenders of crime are continually released back in their communities.

I would underscore the word 'moral decision.' This is a moral, spiritual, and religious issue for countless millions of Americans who hold to a Biblical world view on life.
This issue, for the most part, should be left with the people and to the political processes the people have devised to govern their affairs.
It makes me wonder what other information the Committee leaks, the Majority leaks, to third-party outside groups before the public is made aware of this.
