Mr. Speaker, I have an amendment at the desk. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 3, line 14, strike ``; and'' and insert the following: ``, subject to the terms and conditions under part 6 of such title as in effect on such date; or''. Page 3, strike lines 15 and 16 and insert the following: (2) in schedule F of the excepted service as in effect on December 31, 2020, pursuant to Executive Order 13957 (85 Fed. Reg. 67631; relating to creating schedule F in the excepted service). Page 3, line 20, before the period, insert ``or (a)(2)''. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
