The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division C (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. Each amount made available by this Act (other than an amount required to be made available by a provision of law) is hereby reduced by 23.6 percent. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 445, the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Hice) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Georgia.
