It is my sincere hope that the culture and the management problems that have proven so prevalent at the IRS throughout the course of previous administrations does not imperil the implementation of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and the reforms that are in it.
Hice expresses hope that IRS issues won't hinder tax reforms.
