Efforts to divert violent criminals out of the criminal justice system have failed.
The answer is not defunding the police. The answer is not pitting one group of Americans against another.
We must learn from these senseless acts of violence and take concrete action to reduce violence in the future.
The purpose of the Second Amendment is clear. It is to protect the constitutional rights of American citizens.
