Jody Hice: “Improper payments have been a thorn in the side of our government probably forever.”

Unfortunately, the President's budget announced yesterday would do nothing but hurt the people who need the most help.

This is not a one-sided issue. It's on both sides of the aisle.

Thankfully, the Congress has taken more interest in the welfare of the people of Appalachia.

The law is significant. It's the law, for crying out loud.
