this is what drives Americans crazy, we didn't know that we were rehiring people who committed fraud.

it's encouraging to me to have some government agencies excited about helping people who are just suffocating under so much regulatory burde...

So is there any accountability, is there any penalty for not delivering on time what was promised to be delivered?
