Thank you for joining us today as we look at Brexit and other international developments.
And so, if you could, very quickly, how would you look at the efforts that are already under way among the Federal banking regulators within fintech?
Congratulations to you--as the chairman of our Fintech Task Force, and thanks for holding this hearing, and thank you all for coming here and doing such a wonderful job with your testimonies.
Absolutely. We must expand our territory if we are going to expand the number of African Americans and women as CEOs on our boards.
This is a very powerful and much-needed hearing. Second, we have some very informed witnesses. And third, Madam Chairwoman, you are providing great leadership in a very important area.
It pains me to hear that your farmers in 2018 didn't get paid. We are already paying our guys in 2019. That is very sad. We need to step up.

I hope you continue that. Folks in Georgia in my district are very excited about it.
No. I know my time is short, but have you moved away from zeroing out the budget, yes or no?
We need to put a stop right now on FASB's ruling in terms of CECL. This ruling is absolutely devastating to our smaller banks without question and our credit unions.
